Educating the Right Brain Child (Masters School of Art)
Speaker: Exhibitor
Often right-brain children are misdiagnosed as learning disabled. Children who lean toward a right-brain learning style will have difficulty with memory, testing, grammar, spelling, math, and reading. The right-brain learner is easily frustrated with conventional style of learning. Most mentally check out before reaching middle school. Parents may see their learning frustration acted out in behavioral problems. Right-brain children can learn whole brain thinking skills, and can be academically successful. The workshop will discuss ways to challenge right-brain learners, and whole brain thinking skills. We will give you a free brain dominance test to take with you.
