Andrew Fields is the husband of Pam Fields and the father of their 8 home-schooled children. He and his wife are the current directors of the Salem Area Christian Home School Network (SACHSN). Andrew also serves on the core-leadership team of MEN (Men Equip Now) a vibrant and growing men's ministry he co-founded in 2006 at his home church to facilitate the training of men to be biblically equipped to serve in their home, community and church.
Mark Hanke is the Senior Pastor of Salem First Baptist Church. He has been a pastor for 25 years serving in three churches and has taught at Denver Seminary as an adjunct professor in Theology for 20 years. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Oregon State, a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary. Mark grew up in the church but did not commit his life to the Lord until he was eighteen. It was a high school teacher who challenged Mark to stop running from the Lord and ruining his life. On a camping trip with his teacher, Mark trusted Christ as his Savior. He began using his ministry gifts while in college helping to lead a college group at Oregon State University. Upon graduating from OSU he taught Jr. High math and science for two years before moving to Denver to attend seminary. Mark has been married to Kerri for twenty-six years. They have four sons and one daughter. When not trying to "keep up with his children," he enjoys reading, biking, hunting, outdoor activities and most of all dates with his wife.
