John Patrick is president of THE PATRICK GROUP, a business consulting firm based out of Portland, Oregon. For more than thirty-five years he has been actively involved in starting and building hundreds of different kinds of businesses from an oven-cleaning service to Dental and Veterinary practices. As a business consultant, John is constantly dealing with the problems his clients have finding and keeping faithful workers. He and his wife, Martha, live in Colton, Oregon where they home-school their 6 children (all boys, except for four) who now range in age from 7 to 18. They have devoted a good part of the their home-schooling efforts to the importance of work. John and his family are active members of the Household of Faith Community Church in Milwaukie, Oregon.
