Peter, an OCEANetwork Board Member, along with his wife, Joyce, have been actively involved in preserving homeschool freedoms since the mid 80's. As a father of seven sons, ranging in age from 31-14, Peter is passionate about maintaining his God given authority to train and direct the upbringing of his children. As such, Peter has joined the ranks to educate others in regards to the Parental Rights Amendment and its necessity.
