Seastar Dissection

Child/Parent workshop
Join us as we study seastar behavior and anatomy. Together we will answer questions including: What makes a seastar uniquely able to fill a niche, why are there so few seastars in Oregon and how do their organ systems work together? The activity will be lead by Joel and Roxanna Thomas, founders of Glen's Hands-On Gizmos (www.glensgizmos.com) and include guided seastar dissections in small groups with parent support.
